How Florious Works and How to Place an Order

How do you place an order with Florious? We're a virtual flower shop, so you visit and order from us online. Many of our customers have had experience placing floral orders in person or over the phone, so this online system might be a new experience. Check Out What's Available on and Choose What You Would Like Us to Deliver

First things first--go to  On the home page you'll see the current bouquets, vases, and gift cards that we offer along with our bouquet subscription service.  You can see our featured bouquets for the month on the homepage as well.  If you would like to see everything that Florious is currently offering, click on the tab titled “Shop All Bouquets, Vases, & Gift Cards” to unveil a list of all the current Florious bouquets as well as available vases and gift cards. You'll see photos of our seasonal bouquets, which change frequently to make sure there is always something new and interesting.


Sending a Designer's Choice Bouquet and/or Setting Up a Subscription 

Along with our curated collection of luxury bouquets, we offer a Designer's Choice bouquet for subscriptions as well as one-time deliveries, which is a great option if you'd like our expert floral designers to create a unique array of seasonal blooms just for you. Once you select a Designer's Choice bouquet, you can choose a color palette or style to guide the designer.  Our designers also will tailor the look of your bouquet to match the occasion (they look at your gift card message;-)  You can also set up recurring deliveries by choosing to make your Designer's Choice order a Florious subscription at a delivery frequency of your choice.   You can either make your subscription ongoing, which means that we will deliver until you cancel, or choose how many deliveries you would like in your subscription- It's up to you!  Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time up until 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery.  At that point, while you can still cancel your subscription, the order for your next delivery will have generated so you will receive that bouquet.  Need to change a scheduled delivery date?  You can easily do it on your account page up to 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery.


Choose your Bouquet Size and Delivery Date

The next step after picking a bouquet is to choose a size. There are three choices: Luxe, Signature, and Petite. These sizes coordinate with specific vase sizes that are also for sale. If you don’t want to buy a vase, that’s okay too. You can always place our arranged, hand-tied bouquets in your own vase, including one you previously purchased from Florious! After you choose a size, select a delivery date. It takes a minimum of four days to process an order in Jersey City and Hoboken, NJ, and five days in the rest of the Northeast. This delay may seem longer than you're used to, but it’s because the team at Florious sources all flowers specifically for each order; we never use old blooms from a storage cooler. Your bouquet will always be composed the freshest flowers and last at least a week in a vase with clean water.


As you enter billing and shipping information for your order at checkout, you may also add a card message in the "special instructions" area to be included with your finalized bouquet delivery.


And you're finished! We'll deliver a beautiful bouquet of fresh, luxury flowers, ready to enjoy. Prepare to have your spirits lifted!
